Using tools and assessments, such as the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator, the Apollo Career Profile and behavioral assessment methods, we will examine your preferences, habits and behaviors. We explore the obstacles that may be standing in the way of achieving leadership that is more effective.
Once we have uncovered the information needed, we will work on strategies, which serve as an orientation towards achieving your goals together with appropriate actions.
