I conduct team coaching from as short as one day to as long as several months, depending on the needs and requirements of your organization.
My approach is to lead the team to identify their own answers rather than to enforce external solutions. Depending on the situation I may provide more or less input and guidance.

Of of the models I use for team coaching is the CO-CREATE model:

“C”     Connect Activities/Common Purpose – This deals with creating a team through a variety of activities and defining what the common purpose is for meeting together.

“O”     Operational Goals – Here is where the team sets common objectives within the scope of what they have defined as their purpose.

“CR”     Current Reality – I guide the group to an understanding of how they think about their current reality and how it affects their operational goals.

“EA”     Explore Alternatives – The team explores and brainstorms alternatives before agreeing upon the actions needed for specific changes to occur.

“TE”     Target Energy – The team focuses its energy towards how to proceed with their new plan of action. This includes deciding upon who does what, how the plan is to be implemented, and finally, reviewing and refining any stage of this process to make sure the team stays on track.

Also, as part of the coaching process, I may recommend group workshops such as based on Myers Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) utilizing the Apollo Career Profile. A workshop provides an excellent foundation, building awareness of their individual and team preferences. Furthermore it reveals possibilities for optimised team building.
